This Indoor Beach Volleyball Training Program is designed for serious male athletes who want to see tangible improvements in their league play, tournaments, and competitive games with friends. The focus is on consistent, high-quality training that directly translates to better results on the sand.

Program Details

  • Group size: 6 athletes
    (Program will run once all spots are filled)

  • Frequency: Once per week for 9 weeks

    • 1st week starting Jan. 5

    • Last week starting March 2

  • Schedule: Weekdays only

    • We aim for a consistent training day, ideally Tuesday or Thursday

    • Court bookings are made 24 hours in advance to secure a better rate, so flexibility is required

  • Time window: Sessions will be scheduled between 12:00pm and 4:00pm, with consistency prioritized whenever possible

Training Focus
This is not recreational training. Sessions are built for athletes who want to:

  • Improve technical execution (serving, passing, setting, attacking, defense)

  • Develop stronger tactical awareness and decision-making

  • Read opponents more effectively and play smarter volleyball

  • Train with intention so improvements show up in leagues, tournaments, and competitive play, not just in training

Attendance, Communication & Group Structure
Consistency matters. If you know you will miss a session, you are welcome to find a suitable replacement to take your spot for that week. Any compensation or arrangements with your replacement are handled independently between athletes.

Once the group is finalized, a group chat will be created to:

  • Coordinate weekly training timing

  • Communicate around court availability

  • Share ideas and requests for future training focuses

  • Support stronger group connection and long-term development

Commitment Expectations
This group is for athletes who:

  • Take ownership of their development

  • Value consistency, accountability, and competitive standards

  • Want training that meaningfully improves on-court results

Spots are limited, and the group will run once all 6 athletes are confirmed.
