The Coaching Process

Adam is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and longevity goals through personalized guidance and support. His holistic approach addresses the mind, body, and spirit to create lasting change. By exploring and uncovering your underlying belief systems, Adam helps you connect with what truly drives you, allowing you to pursue your greatest passions and live a life aligned with your deepest excitements. Since 2020, Adam has been dual-certified in life coaching and health coaching and has worked with dozens of clients, His unique experience exploring matters such as diet, hydration, fasting, sleep, and functional movement makes him a diverse coach. He also integrates principles of trauma healing, psychosomatics, flow state, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). Adam brings presence, deep listening, and vulnerability into his sessions. Moreover, Adam’s holistic approach delves into deeper areas of life, such as astrology, synchronicity, intimate relationships, finances, non-duality, death, and consciousness.

What to Expect

1. Discovery Call (15 minutes – Complimentary)
Our journey begins with a short, no-pressure call to connect, explore what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit. This is your chance to ask questions, share your intentions, and get a feel for my coaching style.

2. Choose Your Coaching Package
Following the discovery call, you’ll select a package that fits your needs and rhythm. All packages include personalized support, access to ongoing communication via text and voice notes (within reason), and a focus on accountability and real progress.

You can choose from:

  • Weekly Sessions – For those ready to dive deep and move quickly.

  • Bi-Weekly Sessions – A balanced pace for reflection, action, and support.

  • Monthly Sessions – A slower rhythm with consistent check-ins and guidance.

All packages are designed to keep you engaged, supported, and on track—tailored to your goals and pace.

In our work together, I’ll help reflect back the subtle cues and patterns that are often hard to see on your own. You’ll feel seen, heard, and met with care. I will help you develop new habits, shift limiting beliefs, and accomplish your goals

I can help you uncover your own insights and solutions, and when needed, offer direction and active guidance to move things forward. My natural strength is in offering emotional support while offering solutions and ideas on your path towards achieving your goals and changing your life.
