Indoor Beach Volleyball Training – Women’s Program
This Indoor Beach Volleyball Training Program for women is designed for athletes who want to develop their beach volleyball skills, improve performance in leagues, tournaments, and games with friends, and train in a positive, engaging, and supportive environment.
The focus is on learning, consistency, and growth—training with intention while enjoying the process and building confidence on the sand.
Program Details
Group size: 6 athletes
(Program will run once all spots are filled)Frequency: Once per week for 9 weeks
1st week starting Jan. 5
Last week starting March 2
Schedule: Weekdays only
Training will run primarily on Mondays or Tuesdays
Court bookings are made 24 hours in advance to secure a better rate, so some flexibility is required
Time window: Sessions will be scheduled between 12:00pm and 4:00pm, with consistency prioritized whenever possible
Training Focus
This program is ideal for athletes who want to:
Improve technical skills (serving, passing, setting, attacking, defense)
Learn better movement, positioning, and beach-specific footwork
Develop confidence, game understanding, and decision-making
Apply what they learn directly to league play, tournaments, and competitive games with friends
Sessions are structured and purposeful, while still maintaining an enjoyable, collaborative training atmosphere where athletes can ask questions, try new concepts, and progress together.
Pricing
$495 if paid via cash, cheque, or e-transfer
$535 if paid through the online payment portal (processing fees apply)
Attendance, Communication & Group Structure
Consistency helps everyone improve. If you know you will miss a session, you are welcome to find a suitable replacement to take your spot for that week. Any compensation or arrangements with your replacement are handled independently between athletes.
Once the group is finalized, a group chat will be created to:
Coordinate weekly training timing
Communicate around scheduling and court availability
Share ideas and requests for future training focuses
Support group connection and long-term development
